Terms of Service

• Starter Plan – $19.99/month: access to vetted caregiver pool, view and contact candidates, self-service hiring support.
• Guided Matching – $59.99/month: pre-screened candidates, interview coordination, guided introduction.
• Premium Placement – $99.00/month: candidate sourcing, FI/agency submission coordination, dedicated care coordinator, ongoing paperwork and scheduling support, replacements when required.

Plans are billed monthly in advance through our secure payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

Plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time by emailing support@careeasestaffing.com or calling (718) 593-4716. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Provide accurate information; make your own final hiring decision; interview and confirm any caregiver meets your needs; comply with your self-direction program and FI requirements; treat caregivers respectfully and lawfully; and pay caregivers through the agreed channel (FI, agency or as otherwise arranged).

Caregivers who join our network must provide truthful profile, resume, certification and availability information; consent to screening where applicable; maintain any required licenses or training; and conduct themselves professionally. Care Ease Staffing may edit, decline or remove caregiver profiles at its discretion.

We take reasonable steps to screen caregivers (for example interviews, reference checks and, where applicable to the plan, background checks). However, we cannot guarantee the conduct, availability, performance or suitability of any caregiver or family, or that a match will be found within a specific time. Families are responsible for their final selection and supervision.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, caregivers are employed or paid through the family's Fiscal Intermediary or agency, not by Care Ease Staffing, and Care Ease Staffing is not the employer of record.

By providing your phone number and email, you agree that Care Ease Staffing may contact you by phone, email and text message about your inquiry, matches, account and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Do not misuse the website: no false information, impersonation, scraping, harassment, uploading malicious files, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

All website content, logos, text, graphics and design belong to Care Ease Staffing or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

We use third-party tools (such as payment processing, scheduling, forms and messaging). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Care Ease Staffing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for acts or omissions of any caregiver, family, Fiscal Intermediary or agency. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Care Ease Staffing harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your relationship with a caregiver or family.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows when changes were made. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
