How quickly can I find a caregiver?
At Care Ease Staffing, placement timelines vary based on your family’s needs, schedule, and location. In many cases, families can begin reviewing caregiver options within 24–72 hours, with placements often completed within a few days to a couple of weeks depending on the level of support needed.
Are your caregivers background checked?
Yes. Every caregiver in our network goes through a screening process that may include background checks, reference verification, experience review, and credential validation (when applicable). Safety, professionalism, and reliability are a top priority.
Can I choose my caregiver?
Absolutely. We believe caregiver relationships should feel comfortable and aligned. Families have the opportunity to review caregiver profiles, participate in interviews (depending on the package selected), and choose the caregiver they feel is the best fit.
What if the caregiver is not the right fit?
Compatibility matters. If the caregiver is not the right fit, we will work with you to identify a replacement and continue the matching process until we find a better fit for your family’s needs.
Do you offer overnight care?
Yes. We help families find caregivers for overnight support, whether it’s occasional, scheduled, or ongoing overnight coverage.

Yes. We understand urgent care needs can arise unexpectedly. We offer emergency placement support and work quickly to connect families with available caregivers based on urgency and availability.
Do you work with Self-Direction families?
Yes. Care Ease Staffing proudly supports families utilizing Self-Direction services. We understand the importance of finding reliable, qualified support staff and can assist with identifying caregivers who align with your loved one’s goals, needs, and approved services.
