Care Ease Staffing was created to change that.

Yes. We support families using ACDS, ISS, and any other Fiscal Intermediary in the Tri-State area.
Are your staff pre-screened?
Absolutely. All workers undergo background checks, interviews, and specialized training.
Do you offer both Community Hab and Respite?
Yes — we staff both services and match families based on their needs.
Can you help with self-direction submissions?
Yes. We offer dedicated administrative support to make the submission process smoother for families and brokers.
How soon can we be matched with a worker?
Timing varies, but most families are matched within 1–3 weeks, depending on location and needs.
